At the same time I changed the clutch, except for the basket, it is still normal. I installed a Kalino cardan. I filled in mineral oil THK Trans KP 80W-85, tried to fill in a little more than the norm, as everyone advises on the net, somewhere around 3.400
Problems: when the car warms up, some kind of incomprehensible sound, when the clutch is depressed, disappears, does not hum, but as if a cat is squeaking :). I warm it up for 3-5 minutes, at an outside temperature of 0, and then I drive, and it can squeak for some time, by the way, the sound is similar to the sound of a reverse gear when driving. In 4th and 5th gears, when coasting, as well as in tension, you can hear a small crunch, a crackling sound, not uniform (after complete warming up, it disappears). The 5th gear is humming, although I disassembled the body of the 5th gear and looked, everything seems to be ideal there. When the box is completely warmed up, it only buzzes in 5th and that’s it. Then there is discomfort when changing gears. They seem to cling a little and do not crunch, but simply make very unpleasant sounds, they even knock, and this is when switching.
