The belt length for this model will be 700 mm. The replacement time will take you a little more than 10 minutes. When I replaced it, I checked it with a multimeter. I also added brake fluid.

How to remove the generator

  1. Remove the protection from the engine.
  2. To repair, you need to loosen the tension roller.
  3. We remove the upper and lower bolt that holds the generator.

  4. After the belt has been loosened, the generator must be slightly moved towards the engine and the rubber part removed.
  5. Due to the fact that the generator is completely removable, the belt tension bar can be removed.
  6. The next step is to remove all terminals and pipes from the air conditioner.
  7. After the generator is disconnected from all pipes, you need to unscrew all the bolts that secure it.
  8. Since the part at the bottom is attached to a long bolt, which is difficult to unscrew, you can remove the generator along with the hardware, and then unscrew it.
