Despite good sales, some motorists are still hesitant in their choice. During its operation, the Granta Hatchback traveled a little more than 1,500 km. I bought it back in the fall. The dealer offered the Comfort configuration option with a 5AMT gearbox - I liked it. The purchase cost almost 600 thousand rubles. Paid 6 thousand rubles extra. for the red “Carnelian” - I don’t regret it yet. It’s hard to say anything bad about the appearance, because in front of you is an ordinary hatchback.

I bought a lot more: wheel covers, a parking assistance system, etc. So far I’m happy with the Lada Granda in general. There are no special complaints, but here you should always keep in mind that this is a domestic car.

Advantages:

  • the car is new, and therefore looks advantageous against the background of used foreign cars;
  • During the first period of operation, no problems with the engine were identified;
  • it is possible to equip your hatchback with many useful options;
  • acceleration approximately corresponds to the declared indicators: around 13 sec/100 km;
  • Despite the rather dull interior color scheme, the overall ergonomics and style correspond to modern ideas about the beauty of the interior.

I would also like to note the spaciousness of the cabin. Plenty of drawers and a substantial glove compartment help with organizing most everyday items. There is enough space if the cabin does not accommodate only adult passengers. Considering the hatchback model, the trunk is a pleasure to use.

What was unexpected was the “walk me home” option, when the headlights are still on for some time after the car is locked. An unexpected element in the domestic Lada Granta Hatchback. It also seems to me that it has become a little quieter in the cabin, but everyone can decide for themselves.

The disadvantages are the following:

  • fairly high consumption in the city: about 9 liters;
  • the audio system is simply there - the sound is cardboard in all respects;
  • in second gear you can hear a slight “howl”, which is sometimes annoying;
  • the price could be lower, because there are plenty of competitors in this segment.

We just have to wait for the first problems, but for now the hatchback delivers more pleasure than disappointment.

for struts (short-stroke), the steering knuckle is shifted down by 20mm, in short, the spring also becomes -70. This is a typical scheme on KX. PS “-50” “-70” is the difference in the compressed springs compared to the standard ones. It’s not at all a fact that the car will sit this much.

The development of the Grant was caused by the need to move away from the outdated forms of the Samara, the clumsy hood and bumper. The models were given ergonomics, fluidity, athleticism, and fit. The front part of both modifications is identical: radiator grille, hood cover, optics. The front bumper has niches for installing fog lights, which adds harmony and functionality. In Liftback, the front and rear bumpers are painted in the main color of the car. There will never be a black polymer color like in the Grant Sedan again.

Turn repeaters are installed in budget versions: Norma, Standard in the wing body. In Lux and Premier repeaters are built into the side view mirrors. The moldings in the Grant Sedan and Liftback are painted in the original body color. As many car owners have noticed, this gave the car a finished look. The taillights are identical on both models. The standard license plate mount for the Liftback was moved from the rear bumper to the trunk lid. The innovation is positively assessed by the owners, since the flow of mud no longer splashes the room.

In Liftback, the body lines conditionally intersect. The falling line of the roof and the rising line of the windows looks harmonious. The height of the roof in the Liftback decreased by 0.8 cm, but this did not in any way affect the comfort of passengers in the rear row of seats. Trunk volume is 440 liters, unfolded 710 liters. For the first time, new design door locks and plastic closers were installed on Liftback. There are no such innovations in the Sedan. Body rigidity: The sedan is stronger, since its length is 360 mm shorter than that of the Lada Granta Liftback.
